When Sri Vijaya Prabhu set out for Kashi Yatri, his devotees set out with pomp, and the school disciples, the retinue, proceeded towards Kashi.

On the way, receiving respect/respect from many kings and maharajas, seeing and taking refuge in them, rescuing the poor, preaching the glory of Sri Hari, and singing many kirtans/suladis, he journeyed to Kashi.

Sri Vijayadasa took a bath in the Ganges, went to Gaya Kshetra, performed his ancestral duties, returned to Kashi and stayed in Kali for some time.

 *One day, Srivijayadasa took a bath in the Ganges, wore a pair of turbans, and sat down on the far bank of the river. The Ganges was flowing peacefully. Thousands of pilgrims had gathered there. Many were doing their work. Das' devotees and disciples were sitting watching Das.

Sri Vijayadasa is sitting on the bank of the Ganges, contemplating the glory of the Ganges. 

His thoughts are as follows:-

*During the flood, Varunadev carried the Supreme Lord in the form of a fish in his belly.*.

*That lord resided here in the Ganges with Varunadev.*. 

*The Ganges, who carried the Supreme Lord in the form of a fish with her husband, became a fish.

*Many gods come to this place for bathing during the summer season.* Contemplating the glory of the place, he composed a work called..

*Ganges Sanmangalange* *Rangananghriya Sange|*...

*Ananuta Vijayaviththala* *Give me the instrument to soak my mind in, O Lord*||

 At that time 

*Shri Gangadevi thought that "Shri Bhrigu Rishi, our father, the supreme devotee of Sri Hari, the Lord of the whole world, has today incarnated in human form and has come to my house in the form of Sri Vijayadasa."

.My good fortune is great!!. I myself became pure in his company, with such great joy that the Ganga river rose and came to the servant, pouring water, and touched his feet.

At that time, the clothes of Sri Vijayadasa did not get wet. The name seals did not get damaged. At that time, Gangadevi assumed the form of a beautiful woman, adorned with all ornaments, came near the servant, and worshipped Sri Vijayaprabhu, who was in human form, with the objects of worship..*

Today, in this Kaliyuga, in human form, that Hari She worshipped the servants who were singing, praising, and protecting the virtuous, and took on a visible form, saying, "I have come to meet you." *

*After worshipping the servants, Ganga Devi turned and left the way she had come.*

The servants gave a direct vision of Ganga Devi to all the virtuous people who had gathered there, and they were delighted.*

All the pilgrims and disciples said, "Our great fortune!! It is our great fortune to see the daughter of Sri Hari, Ganga Devi, and her devotee, Das, at the same time." They bowed to Das.

How much joy the devotees felt when devotees who were better than them came home!!

Sri Ganga Devi is in the 20th kaksha, Sri Bhrigu Rishi is in the 15th kaksha*

When Dasa was with his younger brother Sri Ananda Dasa

*when he came to Kashi for the third time*| *he ascended high to the Nabha Ganga and reached the sky*| *he came to the extreme and appeared as if there was no counterpart in the name of Matsyodari*||

Sri Gopaladasa, seeing this incident, describes the glory of Dasa.

*He lived cleanly on the banks of the Ganges and was a pure Sri Vijayaraya*|

*He appeared as a strange Vijayaraya on the banks of the Macchodari*||

Shri Vedavyasa Deva, one should be worthy to follow the path of *victory-upliftment* shown by Shrimadacharya, and the necessary willpower should be awakened. He bestows upon such hearing, the literature that *inspires* devotion to the Lord, and leads to the path of victory over samsara. That is why Shri Vijayadasa is a meaningful name.

For this reason, 

*ignorance is the savior*, but along with that, the *wisdom that is necessary for salvation - the *wisdom that is the means of salvation, or the *gift of wealth* is also the savior.
