Ingredients
Eggs: 2 raw eggs (for the base) and 2-3 hard-boiled eggs (sliced).
Veggies/Aromatics: Finely chopped onions, green chilies, and coriander leaves.
Spices/Seasoning: Salt, black pepper, turmeric powder, and red chili powder.
Fat: Oil, butter, or ghee for frying. 

Instructions
Prep: Boil eggs, peel, and slice them into rounds.
Mix Base: Beat raw eggs in a bowl with salt, black pepper, and sometimes a little milk or water for fluffiness.
Sauté Aromatics: Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions, green chilies, and coriander until soft.
Cook Omelette: Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and spread them evenly.
Assemble: While the omelette is still raw on top, place the sliced boiled eggs over it.
Season & Finish: Sprinkle red chili powder, coriander, and perhaps some cheese over the top.
Cook: Cover and cook on low heat until the bottom is golden and the top is set. Optionally, flip carefully to sear the top.

Tips
